The difference is that I still have to schedule in the occasional 9am - 6pm office hrs (I'm a freelancer). Sleeping at 3am in the morning is the norm for me, clearing emails, packing stocks, updating site and also accumulated housework after my 2 little monkeys goes to bed! And you've got 4 to deal with.
